The center piece of the PeopleShores execution model is its commitment to the social agenda. Social Commitment, therefore lies at the heart of the PeopleShores mission.
Various partners play an active role in the execution of the PeopleShores model. Disconnected young adults are initially put through work readiness and basic skills programs. Government agencies, local community partners and training institutions are expected to play an active part in imparting these programs. When the youth are ready for work-readiness, they are supported by academic and social support partners. Academic partners advance academic achievement whilst social support partners support with social stability. As a consequence, youth realise professional work experience, financial stability, technical accreditation and work-based learning. The results are self-reliant, confident and empowered working professionals, fit to be absorbed by our industry partners - essentially, corporations in need of skilled working professionals.
